Instructors Terms & Conditions
Nevertheless, you’ll agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions
If you register for your online Quran classes at Al-Mustafa Teachings or your youngster’s classes as a pupil.
- Upon successful completion of free trial classes, you’ll have to decide whether or not to continue with the classes at Al-Mustafa Teachings.
- Once you decide to continue, you’ll pay the charges at the due date – monthly charges are paid in advance on the last week of every month for the following month. Classes can be stopped (paused) if you don’t pay the charges on the due date.
- Al-Mustafa Teachings reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any reason.
- In case you need to hold the classes and intend to continue with the same instructor at the same time once again when would renew, then Al-Mustafa Teachings will charge the full fee per pupil for reservation of the slot for you with the same instructor.
- Any leave is considered as paid from your side and there’s no make-up for that and it’s paid if you keep the same schedule and instructor as we can’t use the time for any other pupils of you.
- If pupils miss any class without previous notice (except in case of emergency), absent will be pronounced and no make-up class will be arranged. Make-up online Quran classes can be arranged with the same instructor or another instructor upon availability at the needed time.
- Al-Mustafa Teachings reserves the right to cancel the classes if any pupil remains absent for more than two weeks without previous notice and no refund will be entertained as per our Terms of service.
- Never share your contact information like phone number, Email, address, and credit card information with any instructor. Al-Mustafa Teachings won’t be held responsible in case of misusage.
- And Al-Mustafa Teachings won’t be responsible for any damage or loss caused by such contact in the future as Al-Mustafa Teachings is a registered program of Al-Mustafa Teachings Ltd.
- The Eid leaves on both occasions are paid leaves for the instructors and we’ve no other leaves in the years for the instructors except the Eid. So, Eid leaves are included in the monthly fees and there are no makeup classes and no refunds for their leaves.
- Al-Mustafa Teachings may revise its Terms of Service & Conditions at any point in time and those would be added and updated on our website as well.
These Terms of service and conditions are applicable to all pupils for online Quran classes.
